Site Leadership

Direct day-to-day on-site delivery, coordinating site engineers, direct labour, plant machinery,

Enforce zero-harm safety standards and strict environmental compliance to protect local water networks.

•

Commercial Management

Monitor project costs, track daily progress vs. program milestones, and accurately

manage contract variations or early warnings under NEC3/NEC4 frameworks.

•

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all technical engineering drawings are strictly adhered to, coordinating testing,

chlorination, and final sign-offs with regional water authorities.

•

Stakeholder Liaison

Act as the primary point of contact on-site for client representatives, local authorities,

landowners, and the community
