Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Line Boring Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate and maintain line boring machines to ensure precise machining of heavy equipment components. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to quality and durability, supporting the manufacturing of top-tier attachments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate line boring machines to accurately machine holes on heavy equipment parts
Use hand tools, power tools, and tooling to prepare and finish components for assembly
Conduct grinding, milling, and welding tasks as needed to support machining processes
Read and interpret technical drawings using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during machining operations
Assist with assembly of parts when required, ensuring all components meet quality standards
