Aspire Housing and Personal Development is committed to the prevention of and solution to ending homelessness. Due to the supports we are delivering at present we are particularly looking for Support Workers.
As a worker in this service, you could be supporting people in the community, their own home or in an accommodation-based setting. These individuals could have mental health issues, addictions, and tenancy sustainment needs and we offer housing support as well as practical and emotional support. The support will be in response to needs documented in each person’s developmental support plan and will be provided in a way that equips people with the confidence and skills to live independent and sustainable lives.
