Team Leader - Subway

We are looking for a fully flexible team member to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in our Lancaster Subway Stores. The successful applicant will work between our 3 stores in Penny Street, Church Street and Lancaster University.

As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

Working as a Team Leader is a challenging role but one that is highly rewarding. We are proud of our hard working staff and offer a career path into managerial roles.

Main responsibilities

• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Customer service, till use and store cleanliness
• Stock control
• Checking in deliveries
• Coaching newer or less experiences team members

Age 18-21 - £12.75ph

Age 21 and over - £13.32ph
