TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.
At TEC Partnership we offer high‑quality education, innovative training, and life‑changing opportunities to thousands of learners each year. Our teams are passionate about making a real difference and now, we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of Business Development Consultant.
About the role
Help employers find great people. Help people find their next opportunity.
It’s an exciting time to join NET Training. We’re growing our work across Lincolnshire, developing new programmes and building partnerships with employers of all sizes – from the NHS and major household names to local SMEs.
Our offer is incredibly diverse, from Teaching Assistant and healthcare programmes to SIA, Construction, Warehousing, Customer Service, Business Administration and Employability. Whatever the sector, our aim is simple: training should lead somewhere.
With a strong track record of helping learners progress into employment and hundreds of employer partnerships already established, we know the difference the right training and recruitment solution can make.
As our Business Development Consultant, you’ll build new employer relationships, grow existing accounts and understand the recruitment and skills challenges facing Lincolnshire businesses. You’ll then work with our teams to create the right solution – from SWAPs and funded training to bespoke and commercial programmes.
This is more than selling courses. It’s about spotting opportunities, creating partnerships and connecting great employers with their future workforce. If you’re commercially minded, great with people and want a role where you can see the impact you make, we’d love to hear from you.
