Our client specialises in high-end bespoke joinery installations. They're looking for an organised, proactive person to take ownership of their fire door installation records and installer competency tracking.
This is a varied role combining office-based coordination with practical site support, helping their teams keep installations properly documented and ready for audits and handovers.
What you'll do
- Maintain a central tracker of fire door projects, installation progress and outstanding actions.
- Check installation records and photographs, following up on missing or incomplete information.
- Keep installer competency and training records up to date, identifying further training needs.
- Visit sites to help operatives capture and upload the required evidence.
- Work with site and project managers to resolve issues and coordinate training.
- Provide weekly reports on installed doors, project progress and outstanding items.
What they're looking for
Someone with strong computer skills, excellent organisation and the confidence to work independently and follow up with site teams. Some fire door knowledge is desirable, with relevant experience and familiarity with BM TRADA Q-Mark processes an advantage.
You'll have the opportunity to build and manage a clear tracking system and make a practical difference across their projects.
