About this role
As per the job description, the role with include direct clinical care. Direct clinical care includes the below but is not an exhaustive list: Emergency on call duties Ward reviews when requested GCA requests via primary & secondary care Minimum 4 outpatient clinics across 2 hospitals Clinical diagnostic work reviewing results etc Urgent direct patient review/treatment on the rheumatology day unit Weekly multi-disciplinary meetings about direct patient care Administration directly related to patient care. Prescription preparation for a large biologic/dmard service.
