Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced

Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy manufacturing business on a

temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid

Counterbalance Forklift licence who are looking for long-term, full-time employment with an immediate start. You'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials are loaded, unloaded and moved safely throughout the site.

Hours & Pay

4 on 4 off days, 4 don 4 off nights or rotating days/nights available.

Day shifts

6am-6pm.

Night shifts

6pm-6am.

£13.06-£13.66 per hour.

Key Duties

-

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

-

Offload deliveries and store goods correctly.

-

Issue raw materials and packaging to production teams.

-

Load and unload vehicles as required.

-

Support manufacturing operations with the movement of materials.

-

Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas remain safe, clean and organised.

-

Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

-

Valid

Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.

-

Previous experience in a similar FLT, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing role.

-

Ability to work on one of thet shift patterns stated

-

Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety.

-

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Available for an immediate start.
