* Pick orders accurately using a voice-picking system

* Operate safely and efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Pick, handle and move products weighing up to 15kg

* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules

* Support team leaders and managers with various warehouse duties
