- No regular weekend working – enjoy more time outside of the kitchen.
- Keep doing what you love – cooking, developing menus and producing great food.
- Share your experience – help learners develop real industry skills in a working kitchen.
- Get creative – we’re developing our menus, events and commercial catering offer.
- New facilities coming in August 2027 – our new Professional Cookery facilities will give you a fantastic space to work and support our learners.
- A different pace of life – use your industry experience in a role that gives you more balance.
