Our client is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their well-established dealership team in South Belfast. The Service Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong customer service background eager to develop their career within the motor trade. Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service and establish strong customer relationships
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Work towards deadlines while maintaining high standards of confidentiality
• Promote dealership products and services to meet sales targets
• Contribute positively to team performance and overall business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Support team initiatives and maintain departmental organisation

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within a main dealer environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Full UK driving licence
