About this role
We’re looking for an inspiring, experienced and compassionate manager to lead and develop our specialist CYP service across Swale and Maidstone. You’ll manage a growing team, delivering child-centred support to children and young people affected by domestic abuse. You’ll have the opportunity to shape services, strengthen partnerships and ensure that children and young people receive safe, high-quality and impactful support when they need it most.
