About this role
Lead and manage Focus Birmingham’s transport service, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient transport for people accessing our services. You will oversee route planning, fleet utilisation, vehicle compliance and the day-to-day management of the Transport Coordinator and drivers. You will also help develop and expand our transport provision, including identifying community transport opportunities, improving efficiency and increasing capacity as our services grow.
