Lead Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities Lead specialist physiotherapy assessments and develop, deliver and review individualised, evidence-based treatment programmes. Take responsibility for the development and management of the physiotherapy service, maintaining high standards of clinical care and service delivery. Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to physiotherapy colleagues, including coordinating induction, training and professional development. Work collaboratively within the MDT, contributing to holistic rehabilitation planning, risk management and service development. Lead and participate in clinical audits, research and service improvements to promote evidence-based practice. Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures, ensuring effective communication and handover within the MDT. Liaise with families, carers and other professionals to support a coordinated, person-centred approach to rehabilitation. Ensure compliance with professional standards, clinical governance requirements and organisational policies.
