The role

• Teaching Drama to secondary-aged students
• Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Encouraging students to develop self-expression, confidence, and performance skills
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support student progress

The ideal candidate will

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level
• Be passionate about the performing arts and inspiring young people
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting students' individual needs
