Days, 35 hours per week
We are recruiting a Stock Controller to join an established manufacturing business in Burton-on-Trent, part of a large international group.
Reporting to the Plant Controller, you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating inventory administration and supporting the day-to-day running of the operation.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration, manufacturing administration or a similar role.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working with figures, records and computer systems.
- Organised, methodical and able to manage a varied workload.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate monthly physical stocktakes, reconcile stock levels against system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock records, tracking materials through production from work in progress to finished goods.
- Prepare daily loading lists for customer deliveries and dispatch.
- Monitor and record raw material purchase prices.
- Raise purchase order requests and maintain supplier catalogue pricing.
- Process goods receipts and update inventory records.

Hours
Monday to Friday.
Working hours
9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm.
£14.29 per hour with regular increases
