You'll gain hands-on, paid experience managing classrooms, supporting students, and experiencing secondary school life from the front of the room-all while working school hours with no evening marking or lesson planning!
Responsibilities

Classroom Management
Supervising classes across various subjects during the short-term absence of regular teachers.

Delivering Work
Ensuring students complete work set by subject teachers in a productive, safe environment.

Supporting Students
Answering questions, keeping pupils focused, and managing behaviour in line with school policies.

School Community
Assisting with registration, break duties, and supporting general school activities where required.

Qualifications
- Degree educated (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).

- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
