The role

• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Supporting learning across the primary age range
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation in lessons
• Working closely with school staff to support pupils' progress and wellbeing

The ideal candidate will

• Have experience working with children in a school setting
• Be confident leading a class and managing behaviour effectively
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Be committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive and high-achieving school environment.
