Clinical Admin Lead

As a Clinical Admin Team Lead, you'll take ownership of two vital services that keep patient care moving - referrals and pathology results and leading the people and processes behind them. Every referral represents a patient waiting for the next stage of their care. Every pathology result represents critical clinical information that needs to reach the right person, fast. Your job is to make sure both run safely, accurately and without delay, not by doing it all yourself, but by building, supporting and developing a team that can. You'll lead by example, remaining hands-on and an active member of the team, while your real focus is on developing colleagues, improving how the service operates, and making sure patients never experience delays because paperwork gets stuck.
