Job Purpose

We are looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to client in care homes, supported living or community settings.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, dressing, bathing, toileting and daily activities.

Support mobility, eating, drinking and medication where appropriately trained.

Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.

Promote dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.

Monitor and report changes in service users' health or behaviour.

Maintain accurate care records and provide effective handovers.

Work positively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.

Maintain confidentiality and follow health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Previous care experience

Compassionate, patient and respectful approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and professional attitude.

Willingness to complete mandatory training.

Right to work in the UK.
