Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Luxury Property
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Tring for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 straight shifts and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service.

The Role
- Working in the AA rosette level kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
- Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
