About this role
Purpose
Design dashboards and performance KPIs for property management, social housing and FM clients of the JackTools platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards from data lake sources (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
- Automate KPI reporting for SLA compliance, occupancy and maintenance efficiency
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams on visualisation pipelines
- Build reusable dashboard templates for white-label tenant deployments
Skills and qualifications required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analytics
- Commercial Power BI development in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), DAX and Power Query
- Experience with Azure data platforms preferred
