About this role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Estimator Assistant to join our Estimating team in Erith, Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction estimating. You’ll work alongside experienced estimators, gaining hands-on experience and receiving structured training and support to develop your knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings and cost estimation.
As you develop your skills and experience, there will be opportunities to progress your career further, including the potential to undertake an HNC or Degree Apprenticeship with Stanmore. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the construction industry, keen to learn and wants to build a career with us.
Previous estimating experience isn’t required, and construction experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work well as part of a team.
