Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established organisation based in the Black Country area, seeking additional support within their finance team for an immediate temporary requirement.

Your new role

You will be joining a busy and fast-paced finance function, supporting the Accounts Payable team with high-volume invoice processing duties.

Key responsibilities will include

• Processing a large volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Inputting financial data onto the system
• Matching invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered correctly
• Working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar invoice processing position. You will be a fast and accurate processor with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment. You will be comfortable managing workloads to deadlines and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
