About this role

Love talking to people? Great at building rapport? Looking for a role where every day is different?

We’re looking for a

confident, customer-focused Sales & Service Advisor to join a growing business.

Whether your background is in

hospitality, retail, customer service or sales, if you’re naturally good with people, stay calm under pressure and enjoy getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a role where

great customer service and sales go hand in hand. There’s no hard-sell approach — customers are already looking for a solution. Your job is to understand what they need, guide them through their options and make the experience as straightforward as possible.

The Role

You’ll be dealing with customers across

phone, live chat and email, helping them from their initial enquiry through to completion.

You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, switching between different types of enquiries and making sure every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email
  • Converting enquiries and quotations into sales
  • Building rapport quickly and understanding what each customer needs
  • Explaining information, pricing and options clearly
  • Processing payments and customer information accurately
  • Following up outstanding quotations and applications
  • Dealing with amendments, cancellations and general customer queries
  • Handling complaints professionally and escalating where required
  • Keeping accurate customer records and notes
  • Working towards individual and team sales and service targets
  • Identifying potential issues and escalating them appropriately
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and the customer experience

confident, personable and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

You could currently be working in

You’ll also need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new software
  • A positive, proactive approach
  • The ability to handle challenging conversations professionally

What’s On Offer?

•

Competitive basic salary

  • Full training and ongoing support
  • Support towards relevant qualifications
  • Holiday allowance plus bank holidays
  • Workplace pension
  • The opportunity to join a growing business where your ideas and input can genuinely make a difference

The Person

This role would suit someone who

loves working with people, enjoys a bit of pace and wants to combine customer service with sales.

If you’ve built your career in

hospitality and are ready to take those customer-facing skills into a new environment, or you already have sales/customer service experience and want a new challenge, this could be a great next step.

If you’re confident, personable and ready for your next opportunity, apply now.
