Property Inspector, Damp/Mould - VAC- 22155

Our client is looking for a Property Inspector, Damp/Mould

Working with the clients response team, delivering repairs and maintenance to ensure buildings reporting damp and mould are rectified appropriately.

Candidate will be required to carry out site inspections.

Maintain statutory and mandatory records, issue instruction to contractors, assist in managing contractor performance.

Ability to work within a team, ability to contribute at meetings, liaise with building responsible persons.

Using a variety of IT packages including email, internet and Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)

Essential requirements

SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Driving license

Must have a current CSCS card & current PVG!!!!!

Health and safety awareness

Preferred

Asbestos awareness

Experience working in Local Authority

Experience with construction sites and AWABS Law"
