About this role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our established team. The successful applicant will provide high quality care and education, supporting childrens learning and development through child led play and planned experiences. You will observe, assess and record childrens progress, helping to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. As a key worker, you will build positive relationships with children and their families ensuring individual needs are met and that all children feel safe, valued and included within our setting.
