About this role

Kings Heath Demolition is looking for an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee demolition projects from pre-start through to successful completion. The role involves managing multiple sites, programmes, site teams, subcontractors, health & safety, client relationships and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will have strong demolition industry experience and be confident managing projects safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme and contractual requirements.
