Competitive Pay

£100 - £130 per day, paid weekly.

Fixed school hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Term time only).

Responsibilities

• Supervise secondary school students (Key Stages 3 & 4) across various subjects during teacher absences.
• Maintain a positive, orderly, and productive classroom environment where students feel supported.
• Deliver prepared work set by the department and ensure students stay on task.
• Collect completed work and provide constructive feedback on student progress and behaviour.
• Uphold school policies regarding behaviour management and safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications

Education

Degree level or higher education qualification. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Experience

Practical experience working with young people, such as tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, or volunteering.

Skills

Confidence, strong communication abilities, resilience, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Requirements

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one).
