PAYE rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows

Days

£19.79 O/T£29.68 per hour

Nights

£23.32 O/T £34.98 per hour

Saturday Days

£25.61 O/T £35.50 per hour

Saturday Nights

£29.14 O/T £40.80 per hour

Sunday Days

£29.32 O/T £39.22 per hour

Sunday Nights

£32.85 O/T £44.52 per hour

Your Time at Work

Staffline are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team, delivering to RDCs across local and regional routes.

In order to be put forward for an assessment a minimum of 2 years experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Completing 1-4 drops per trailer (typically 1 run, occasionally 2 per shift)
Ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading of goods

Our Perfect Worker

As an experienced HGV1 Driver you will ideally have -

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 2 years experience
Confident with reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces
Comfortable with an element of manual handling
Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
No more than 6 points
Digi card and DCPC
