About this role
To ensure that the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
Ensure the safety and well being of all children at all times.
Support the planning, preparation and implementation of a meaningful and effective early years curriculum based on the Montessori philosophy and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in conjunction with staff, parents and children.
Promote equal opportunities throughout the setting.
Support the observation and assessment of children’s learning.
Ensure that the organisation and appearance of the classroom is maintained to a high standard.
Display children’s work in designated areas.
