Level 3 Early Year's Practitioner

We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, caring professional who is committed to providing high-quality early education and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS

• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using EYFS guidance

• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families

• Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports all children

• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are met

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality provision
