Chef - Gibraltar

Based in Monmouth, as a Chef, you will be responsible for the day to day preparation of homely high-quality food in an efficient, hygienic and creative manner.

Just some of the day to day responsibilities will include

• Prepare and cook a variety of fresh nutritious meals and other refreshments, ensuing a nutritional and balanced diet
• Ensuring high levels of hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food store areas
• To make sure that all food at point of serving is of the highest quality
• To constantly check the quality of the food being served to family members
• To control stock rotation to ensure the kitchen and food stores are always well stocked
• Prepare a range of delicious soft meals, putting the joy back into food, designed for those with swallowing difficulties
