Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties of a Service Advisor

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership
• Explain repair processes and efficiently book customer vehicles into the workshops
• Present and sell products and additional services to clients
• Communicate with workshop technicians to assess work required and obtain customer authorisation
• Raise job cards and provide accurate customer estimates in line with company schedules
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional, friendly experience at all times
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle service histories and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies

Requirements of a Service Advisor

• Automotive knowledge and experience essential; individuals without direct Service Advisor experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong customer service skills and organisational ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional manner and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
