This Vehicle Damage Assessor role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stable environment with clear career progression. The position is workshop-based, requiring hands-on practical estimating experience with no remote working involved.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles within the workshop
• Accurately assess vehicle damage, estimate repair methods, costs, and timescales
• Produce detailed estimates using Audatex (training provided if necessary)
• Identify and maximise upsell opportunities in line with repair requirements
• Liaise effectively with technicians to ensure repair methods are clear and feasible

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
• Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to estimating damage and repair costs
• Audatex experience is preferred but not essential
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence is essential
