We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber to join our GP surgery at Addison Road Medical Practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal patient care through the safe and effective use of medications. Responsibilities Key duties will include

Prescribing, online, F2F and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice. Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi professional team and driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Independent prescribing qualification desirable Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role. Annual salary of up to £70,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
