The role
- Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2
- Working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes
- Assisting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
The ideal candidate will
- Have previous experience working with primary-aged children
- Be confident supporting pupils across the KS2 curriculum
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, organised, and enthusiastic
- Be committed to helping children reach their full potential
