An opportunity has arisen for a

Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker to join a well-established company providing specialist residential care for children and young people with complex needs.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £26,000 - £30,000 plus £60 per sleep in and benefits. No sponsorship provided.

We are seeking 2 candidates,

• 1x Senior

Residential Support Worker

Providing direct care and taking a senior role in the day-to-day running of the home, while supporting the development of the wider care team.

• 1x

Residential Support Worker

Providingday-to-day care and support while helping children develop independence, confidence and positive outcomes.

• Senior Residential Support Worker,Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Senior Residential Care Practitioner, Residential Care Practitioner, Residential Childcare Worker, Children's Support Worker,Care worker, Keyworker, Care Assistant or in a similar role.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience supporting

children and young people with learning disabilities

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare /Children and Young Peoplequalification
• A genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing children and young people
• A full UK manual driving licence
