Online Account Specialist - Amazon

About this role

We’re looking for an Online Account Specialist for our Amazon Wholesale operation. Working within our Online team, you will be based in our head office with a hybrid working pattern.

In this role you will help to manage our Amazon Wholesale channel - driving sales growth, trading margin and service level improvements, whilst implementing new policies and processes to enable rapid sales growth and expansion. This will include managing new projects and analysing data to help identify new opportunities. Good commercial and organisational skills are essential.

You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including our Amazon Business Partners, Supply Chain & Logistics teams and various departments throughout our Head Office.

The successful candidate will be based in our head office, situated in the Bradford area for a minimum of three days per week. There may also be times when you would need to travel further to visit our partners and sites

You’ll be responsible for things like

● Driving profitable sales growth in our Amazon Wholesale operation

● Collaborating with our Supply Chain teams to improve service level and new business development

● Being the first point of contact to identify and resolve issues related Amazon Wholesale

● Identify new growth opportunities with Amazon

● Be part of our Online growth, supporting an important relationship with Amazon

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has

● Has a real passion and energy for improving the online customer experience

● Has drive and commitment to grow sales and improve cost

● Experience in retail, with Online experience is advantageous

● Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a demanding workload

● Computer literate with good understanding of google docs, sheets and slides

● Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and prioritise a demanding workload

● Effective stakeholder management

● Strong teamwork skills and willingness to lean in on wider team priorities
