Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive approach to running a welcoming, vibrant Café. You'll lead your team to deliver outstanding service, keep stock availability high, and make sure every customer leaves happy.

Put customers first

Empower your team to deliver friendly, attentive service, listening to customer feedback to make sure our Café is always a warm, welcoming place to pop by.

Lead and support your team

Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training so colleagues have the confidence to succeed and grow.

Drive performance and standards

Lead an encouraging, performance-driven department, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against all operational and sales targets.

Keep operations running smoothly

Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily team routines, and build strong working relationships with other store departments.
