About this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a second People Administrator to join our expanding People team!
As a People Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high quality HR administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for all routine people-related queries across the organisation.
Working closely with the rest of the People team, you will support and coordinate the end-to- end onboarding process, as well as internal role changes. In this role you will support in the accurate and timely maintenance of HR data, including payroll, compliance and training records, within HRIS systems and the People HR platform, upholding data integrity and supporting organisational governance requirements.
In addition, you will provide key support to the People Manager in delivering learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, inductions, and related activities to enhance employee capability and engagement.
What your week may look like
Support the Recruitment and Resource Manager with the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Ensure a smooth on boarding process for all new joiners including (but not exhaustive), offer letter and contract preparation and reporting to Payroll
Co-ordinate the leaver process and any internal movements
Co-ordinates any training sessions, delivered by You Matter or external training providers.
Co-ordinates and supports the monthly induction for all new joiners
Maintains our LMS system and provides practical guidance to users
Support in maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including DBS, right-to-work, and CQC obligations.
Monitors compliance rates of e-learning training
Provides up to date L&D training reports as and when required
Provides data for key HR monthly and quarterly metrics
Manage and maintain the People Team inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to efficiently and escalated where appropriate
Assist with payroll preparation and respond to payroll related queries
