LCV Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dealership group in Glasgow, for several LCV Technician roles. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced commercial vehicle technicians seeking a stable, secure position with a reputable employer offering outstanding pay and career progression. The ideal indivdual for the role of LCV Technician will be fully qualified with relevant experience in a main dealer or independent garage environment.

Duties of a LCV Technician

• Repair and service commercial vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform diagnostic checks and interpret fault codes
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults
• Complete work to DVSA standards
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Requirements of a LCV Technician

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Experience working in a main dealer or reputable independent garage
• Full UK driving licence
• Own set of tools suitable for a commercial vehicle role
• Strong mechanical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
