Paint Sprayer

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Accident Repair Centre in Glasgow for the position of Paint Sprayer. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Paint Sprayer to join a well-established automotive group with a reputation for excellence. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs, including panel work and full vehicle resprays, within a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000
• OTE approximately £44,000, dependent on experience
• Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Duties of a Paint Sprayer

• Carry out repairs which include part and full vehicle resprays
• Repair full panels, partial panels, and execute small paint repairs as required
• Work efficiently to meet productivity targets
• Adhere strictly to manufacturer repair guidelines
• Adapt work practices to accommodate varying business needs
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience working within accident repair environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Passion for the automotive industry and vehicle restoration
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
