About this role

Registered Managers Maytree House & Abingdon Foyer

About Us

Lead a home. Shape a future. Change a life.

In our YPSA accommodation services, every young person arrives with their own story, ambitions and challenges. As one of our Registered Managers, you'll do more than manage a supported accommodation service for 16–18-year-olds—you'll create a place where young people feel safe, valued and empowered to build the future they deserve.

About the role

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational leader to shape a high-quality supported accommodation service that genuinely changes lives. As Registered Manager, you will drive high standards of care and support, champion trauma-informed and child-centred practice, lead a talented workforce, and ensure excellence in regulatory compliance and service development. From celebrating achievements and building confidence to navigating life's biggest challenges, you'll play a pivotal role in creating opportunities for young people that last a lifetime.

About You

We are seeking two Registered Managers to lead our supported accommodation services: one at Abingdon Foyer, which accommodates up to 11 young people, and one at Matthew Wigglesworth House, which accommodates up to 21 young people. Both services also include community-based houses, offering further accommodation for young people. Applicants are welcome to express a preference for either service within their application.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 27th October
