Are you a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual looking to build your hospitality career in a unique countryside setting? We're looking for a passionate and proactive housekeeper to join our team at Bolton Abbey Escapes, caring for our collection of luxury self-catering cottages within the stunning Bolton Abbey Estate.

Our cottages provide guests with a peaceful retreat in the Yorkshire Dales, combining character, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. You'll play a vital role in creating memorable stays by ensuring every cottage is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and ready to welcome guests. Our cottages include Wharfe View Cottage, Stank House Farm, and Wesleyan Chapel, offering luxury accommodation for families, groups, and guests seeking a countryside escape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing luxury holiday cottages to the highest standards.
• Ensuring all guest accommodation is fully serviced and ready for arrivals.
• Checking cottages for quality, presentation, and maintenance issues.
• Replenishing guest supplies, linen, and amenities.
• Reporting maintenance requirements promptly.
• Supporting colleagues to achieve efficient cottage changeovers.
• Helping create exceptional experiences for guests staying on the Bolton Abbey Estate.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who can drive as the cottages are spread apart.
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Someone who is active as the role requires a level of fitness.
• Pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential.
