The duties of the

Vehicle Technician will encompass

• Performing complex diagnostic repairs and fault finding on a range of passenger and commercial vehicles
• Identifying electrical and electronic faults efficiently using OEM and multi-brand diagnostic tools
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications
• Documenting diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and work completed accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
• Communicating technical issues clearly to customers, ensuring high levels of customer service

Required qualifications and experience for the

Vehicle Technician include

• Proven experience in a diagnostic role within the motor trade
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical/electronic systems, and ABS/airbag systems
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software and multi-brand diagnostic tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair, or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach to ongoing training and staying current with technological advances
