Working Hours
Full time - 39.5 hours per week (rotating shift pattern; week 1: Monday - Wednesday 06:00 - 14:24 Thursday and Friday rota day off Saturday 06:00 - 14:00 Sunday 06:00 - 12:00, week 2: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:24 and week 3: Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:24).

£40,906 plus a shift allowance of £90.21 per week when working 13:00 - 21:24.

- You’ll perform a full range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment.
- You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop, using both specialist tooling and your own tools for maintenance and repair light / heavy goods vehicles.

A bit about you
•
Qualified mechanic
you’re fully qualified to an advanced level (Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). You’ve got your own toolkit for standard repairs.

Varied vehicle experience
Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles, for example LCV / HGV.
•
Valid UK driving licence
You hold a full manual UK driving licence, preferably an HGV licence with trailer experience.
•
High working standards
you take pride in your work and do what is necessary to make sure the job is done effectively.
•
Flexible to service demands
you’re able to work on a flexible shift rota. You’re always willing to support your team where necessary.
