About The Role

Variable Shift Rota - 08:00 - 16:30 – 40 hours per week

OCS is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate and driven team in London on a permanent basis!

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Overseeing and assisting with the scheduled and reactive daily cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).
  • Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, recruitment of staff and some HR duties.
  • Managing a schedule of periodic cleaning.
  • You will assist the team by working together to provide a fantastic on-site service.
  • You will come into regular contact with customers and their clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or similar is essential.
  • Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
  • Experience in managing cleaning team in a corporate environment required.
  • Experience in hotels/guest houses preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and both written and spoken communication skills.
  • Confidence with MS Office and producing and presenting reports.
  • You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
