Duties

• Undertake routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostic work on a variety of vehicles
• Effectively identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic faults
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and maintain detailed service records
• Work efficiently to deliver quality work within allocated timeframes
• Support junior staff where applicable, sharing knowledge and expertise
• Assist with MOT testing once qualified (training provided)

Requirements for the

Vehicle Technician position are

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in an automotive servicing role
• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Valid UK driver’s licence
• MOT qualification or willingness to train for certification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
