You'll help us make health happen by:Day-to-day responsibility for running a unitResponsible for all clinical duties issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keepingLeading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers of the teamsHelping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supportedBuilding relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District NursesAssisting residents with a range of personal care duties Because we care for vulnerable people, we'll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.
